Shipping, Returns & Exchange
Shipping Policy
Ramallah Jewelers utilizes UPS shipping for orders within the USA. Shipping costs vary based on items, weight, and insurance per order. Currently, we only accept online orders for shipping addresses within the United States and do not offer international shipping. To ensure secure delivery, we do not ship orders to P.O. Boxes.
Return Policy
Ramallah-jewelry.com does not accept returns for items purchased online. Our policy allows for exchanges only, within 3 days from the date of purchase.
Exchange Policy
No returns or refunds are offered. Exchanges are accepted within 7 days with prior authorization for items of a similar kind and class of jewelry. We do not exchange coins or bullion, and all sales are considered final. Ramallah Jewelers gladly accepts exchanges made within 7 days of delivery. Please note that jewelry pieces that have been sized or custom-ordered cannot be exchanged or refunded. Sizes of online jewelry pictures may not be exact. Jewelry pieces may be temporarily out of stock but can be reordered. Prices are subject to change due to fluctuations in the gold market.
If you need to exchange your purchased item(s), please use the Ramallah shipping return slip from Ramallah-jewelry.com. If you require a new shipping return slip, call us at (708) 430-7008, and we will provide one for you.
Rates
For addresses within the United States, we offer the following UPS shipping methods: Ground shipping (allow 3-7 business days), Express shipping (allow 2-3 business days). Items ordered together may not always ship together. If your order requires more than one shipment, you will only be charged one shipping fee. Orders placed before 1 pm EST Monday through Friday will be delivered the following day, excluding Saturdays, as Saturday Delivery Service is not available. Sunday and holiday delivery are not available. Next Day Delivery is not offered for watches or engraved items.
Repairs
We will provide an estimate for repairs within 5-7 business days after receiving a request. Items for service may be shipped outside our store within the U.S., and the return may take several business days. Same-day returns are not available for these items. The description of items received may be amended following an inspection by the jeweler and/or gemologist, and we do not accept responsibility for any incorrect identification or description. Customers assume all risks for repairs on antique items. We are not responsible for items left at our store for over 90 days after the repair is completed, despite attempts to contact the customer. Customers must present the physical repair slip or a government-issued ID at the time of pickup.
